Is there a recommended adapter to use with the product for wireless charging?

For optimal charging, use the included 30W adapter. If using a third-party adapter, choose one that supports an output of 30W or higher with the PD or QC protocol to ensure adequate charging speed.

Is wireless charging slower than wired charging?

For iPhone 12-17 series, our wireless charger’s 15W output is relatively slower than their wired charging (at least 20W). However, it meets the latest Qi2 standard and is currently the fastest wireless charging available for these iPhones.

Is the product safe to use when it gets warm?
